App license
The App Store version uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Read the app’s educational-use conditions and privacy notice before use.
Study and personal records
The app provides educational practice and personal logs. Questions are not actual exam questions. The app is not medical advice, a medical device, an emergency service, or official school or facility documentation. No exam outcome, certification, CEU acceptance, or acceptance of logged hours is guaranteed. Verify requirements with your instructor, care plan, facility policies, and current official state and testing-provider sources. Do not enter patient information or falsify training records.
Independent app
MyCNAPal is not affiliated with or endorsed by Credentia, Headmaster, or state agencies. Names are used to identify resources. State and testing-provider support varies.
Subscription plans
MyCNAPal Free costs nothing and does not start a trial or subscription. Monthly is US$1.99 per month and Yearly is US$17.99 per year, with no introductory free trial. Apple or Stripe displays the actual price and billing period before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Manage Apple purchases in your Apple Account subscription settings. Manage website purchases through Account → Manage website subscription. Cancellation normally stops renewal and keeps access through the paid period; refunds or revoked payments may end access earlier. Contact cnabuddysupport@gmail.com for website payment or refund assistance. Apple handles App Store refund requests. No clause limits applicable consumer rights.
Use the same MyCNAPal account to access a verified membership on supported platforms. Available activities may differ by platform. Do not purchase a second plan to connect an existing membership; restore purchases in the updated iPhone app or contact support. Deleting the app or clearing browser data does not cancel billing. Deleting your MyCNAPal account stops website billing; Apple billing must be canceled separately.
Free study tools, study notes with optional categories, and syncing of training hours, skill logs, completed quiz results and school-hour goals remain available without a paid membership. CEU tracking tools require paid access. Existing saved records remain available after paid access ends. Supported records sync automatically when signed in. Guest study in the iPhone app remains local. See the privacy notice for synced categories and differences in older versions. Keep exports of important records; personal logs are not official school verification.
Use appropriate supervision
Follow your training program, instructor, supervising nurse, care plan, and facility rules. The app does not establish competence or permission to perform a task. Stop using a result that appears incorrect and verify it with an appropriate source.

Free YouTube skill videos
Study includes free nursing-assistant demonstration videos from WisTech Open / Open RN through YouTube’s embedded player. No subscription is required. The player connects to Google/YouTube and may process device, connection and playback information, use cookies or similar storage, and display YouTube-served ads. MyCNAPal does not send your study records to the player. Internet access is required and videos may become unavailable. By using the player, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; see the Google Privacy Policy. MyCNAPal is independent of WisTech Open / Open RN.
